- 文章结合海底管道维抢修的焊接条件和质量要求, 开展水下高压干法GMAW焊接工艺及接头力学性能的试验研究, 通过对0~0.6 MPa压力环境中的燃爆试验、电弧稳定性试验、焊接工艺方法和接头性能的试验分析, 证明焊接接头性能满足工程要求, 可为60 m水深内海洋石油开发的维抢修施工提供有效的技术支持。
The experimental study on welding procedure and mechanical property of joints welded with the underwater hyperbaric dry GMAW is conducted based on welding condition and quality requirements in submarine pipeline maintenance and repair.The performance of welded joints meeting the engineering requirements is demonstrated by blasting test, arc stability test, welding process test and mechanical property analysis in the environment of 0 to 0.6 MPa air pressure.The results can provide effective technical assistance for maintenance and repair construction in offshore oil exploitation.2012,04(04): 1-5 收稿日期:2012-3-22分类号:TG407作者简介:牛虎理(1978-),男,河北石家庄人,工程师,2005年毕业于天津大学,硕士,主要从事石油工程焊接设备和技术的研究开发工作.参考文献:
