- 不开挖内翻衬玻璃钢软管修复旧管道技术由于其防腐性能好、工艺先进、成本低等优点在旧管道修复中越来越多地被采用。由于这种方法一次修复的管道长度有限,已修复的两段管道端头采用焊接方法连接,但焊接时的温度很高,容易把修复好的内衬软管烧损,所以在管道服役后,在烧损处易出现腐蚀穿孔等事故。针对这一问题,开发出了不开挖内翻衬玻璃钢软管现场修复旧管道接口技术,用该方法修复的旧管道接头连接牢固,结构简单,施工方便,防腐层连续完整,与内衬里材料结构相同,施工过程可保证已完成的玻璃钢内衬里层不受损坏。文章介绍了这种接口技术的施工程序和具体操作方法。
Pipeline rehabilitation technique with turnover flexible fiberglass reinforced plastic tube as inner lining without excavation is applied in old pipeline rehabilitation more and more due to its good anticorrosion performance, advanced process and low cost. Because the rehabilitated pipeline length in one operation is limited, the ends of two rehabilitated pipeline sections need connecting by welding that would burn off the inner lining flexible tubes. After the pipeline is put into service, the corrosive perforation occurs easily at the burned place. To solve such problem, a field joint technique is developed with the advantages of firm joint,simple structure, easy construction, continuing and integral anticorrosion coating, joint material same as the inner lining, and undamaged inner lining layer during construction.
