- 长输管道施工项目的特点是施工作业环境恶劣,各种HSE风险高。文章重点介绍项目前期准备阶段的HSE管理、策划工作,包括中标后赴现场前的后方准备工作、赴现场后的前方准备工作等,指出要按策划—实施—检查—改进(PDCA)的运行模式,做好项目准备期各项HSE管理工作。
Characteristics of the long-distance pipeline construction project are bad construction environment and various high HSE risks. This paper introduces the HSE management and planning at preparation phase, which include the backside preparation work before entering worksite and the front preparation work after entering worksite following winning a bid.
