- 福建炼油乙烯项目的火炬系统包括化工、炼油、芳烃和酸性气四套火炬,由同一座塔架支撑,采用自拆卸式高架捆绑火炬技术。文章就项目火炬系统的组成、施工难点及注意事项等进行介绍,并提出了以下几点建议:火炬塔架杆件出场前应分段预组装,到现场后进行整体卧组;火炬筒体尽量不采用现场制作;严格保证火炬筒体预装精度;进行筒体顶升前要做好各项调试工作;火炬塔架高空障碍灯滑轮组尽量采用全封闭设计。
The flare system of Fujian Refining and Ethylene Project (FREP) consists of a chemical engineering flare, a petroleum refining flare, an aromatic hydrocarbon flare and an acid gas flare, which are supported by one tower, and the technology of flare self-disassembly high-bundling is adopted. The components of flare system of this project, the difficulties and matters needing attention during the construction are introduced and summarized in this paper, reaching the conclusions and submitting suggestions as follows: the members of the flare tower should be preassembled in subsection and then be integrally laid down and assembled on site; field fabrication of the flare cylinder should not be adopted as possible, and the precision of flare pre-installation must be strict; as the cylinder lifting, various debugging work should be well completed beforehand; it is better to use the whole sealing tackle-block design as for the construction of high obstruction light of the flare tower.2012,3(3): 55-59 收稿日期:2011-9-29DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.03.017作者简介:许顼(1979- ),男,北京人,工程师,2002年毕业于北方交通大学,现从事石化项目工程技术和管理工作.参考文献:
