- 部分高温、高压加氢反应器体积、质量过大,超出车辆运载的限度,需要进行现场组焊及热处理,由于该反应器的操作条件极为苛刻,因此对焊接性能的要求较高。文章结合工程实例,系统地介绍了加氢反应器现场组对、焊接、热处理等重要工序的施工方法及质量控制措施。
Some high temperature and high pressure hydrogenation reactors have excessive volumes and masses beyond the carrying capacity of a vehicle, so that they need assembly welding on site. Because of the extreme operation conditions of the hydrogenation reactors, the high welding performance is needed.
