管道外防腐层漏点检测方法和漏点剖析

- 文章介绍了首先选用变频选频法找出防腐层绝缘性能较差的管段,即可能存在漏点的管段,然后用DCVG法找到漏点的精确位置,再用Pearson法验证漏点,最后进行现场开挖验证的方案,以及用该方案对杭州—嘉兴天然气管道外防腐层进行较为全面检测的结果。检测发现了6处漏点,对这些漏点从施工管理、地形地貌和防腐层绝缘性能等方面进行剖析,为今后的管道施工和运行管理提供指导。
The leakage point detection scheme is described in this paper, that is, firstly, applying the variable frequency and frequency modulation technique to find the pipeline section with lower anticorrosion layer insulation performance which has possible leakage point; then applying DCVG method to find exact position of the leakage point and validating the leakage point by Pearson method; finally, carrying through site excavation to validate. After the overall detection to Hangzhou-Jiaxing Natural Gas Pipeline by above-mentioned detection methods, six leakage points were found and then analyzed with respect to construction management,topography and physiognomy as well as anticorrosion layer insulation performance.
