光固化保护套在定向钻穿越管道上的应用

- 黑龙江定向钻穿越管道采用工厂预制3LPE外防腐层,为保护外防腐层,在防腐层外又包覆了一层可光固化的改性环氧玻璃钢防护层。文章从光固化材料管道保护套的技术指标、主要施工技术措施、管道起重方案、光固化材料的保护作用及工程应用效果等方面介绍了该材料在定向钻穿越管道上的应用。应用效果表明,包覆了该材料的管道在回拖后,即使出现少量的划痕,经过计算也具有超过50年的使用寿命,远高于20年的设计使用寿命。
The project of pipeline crossing Heilongjiang River with directional drilling technique uses prefabricated 3LPE external anticorrosion layer enwrapped by a protective photo-curing modified epoxy FRP layer. The use of the pipe protecting jacket with the photo-curing material in directional drilling is introduced with respect to the material technical indexes, the main construction technical measures, the pipeline lifting scenarios, the material protective functions and application effectiveness.
