对穿越黄河管道悬空段治理措施的分析

- 由于河流的冲刷作用,某穿越黄河输油管道悬空段长度达到49 m,受力状态十分危险。针对其特定的地理位置及环境条件,提出了设置拉索的治理方案。文章通过对悬空管道治理前后应力及涡激振动的计算分析,得出该治理方案可有效减小悬空管道应力,但还不能防止悬空管道因涡激振动产生疲劳破坏的结论。
Owing to the action of river scouring, the length of a suspended section of the oil pipeline crossing the Yellow River reaches 49 m and the pipeline is under dangerous force state. According to the particular geographic position and circumstance condition, a treatment scheme of setting up two stayed-cables is brought forward.
