- 为解决工程建设企业管理方面存在的粗放、信息流通不畅、业务运作欠规范、管理实时性差、制度和流程执行力不够等问题,中国石油天然气管道局将管理精细化纳入企业发展战略体系,ERP系统是实施管理精细化战略的有力手段。文章介绍了中国石油天然气管道局实施ERP系统的做法和取得的效果。ERP作为一个业务信息与财务信息高度集成的系统,通过业务集成和关键风险点的控制,提高了企业管理工作的实时性,使各项经营活动更规范有序,可实现从传统的粗放管理向精细管理的转型。
In order to solve the problems in management of engineering construction enterprises, such as extensive management, impeded information communication, nonstandard business operation, non-real-time management and inadequate executive ability in system and flow, China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau brings the delicacy management into its enterprise development strategic system, and ERP system is a powerful means of implementing the delicacy management. In this paper the practice and effect of ERP system implemented by China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau are introduced. ERP system as a highly integrated system of business information and financial information improves real-time operation of enterprises management by means of integration of businesses and control of key risk points, which enables various management activities to be more standard and orderly, and transfers from the traditional extensive management to the delicacy management.
