- 文章结合中国石油工程建设公司苏丹分公司的实际情况,按照"引进、管理、指导、服务、共赢"的理念探讨了国际工程项目施工分包商的管理要点,包括:施工分包商的选择和引进,分包合同模式的探索与实践,分包风险及其应对策略,如何进一步降低施工成本、确保工程质量、最大程度利用国际资源的方法,以使中国石油国际工程公司的事业做大做强,早日成为国际一流的EPC总承包商。
Based on the practice of Sudan Branch of China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co.,this paper probes into the key points of construction subcontractor management in international engineering projects following the philosophy of "introduction, management, guidance, service and win-win", which include selection and introduction of construction subcontractors, exploration and practice of subcontract modes, subcontract risks and coping strategy, methods of further decreasing construction costs, ensuring engineering quality and utilizing international resources to the greatest extent so as to make China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co. be bigger and stronger, and become a first-class general contractor in the world.2012,2(2): 64-68 收稿日期:2011-6-3DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.02.019作者简介:张再良(1968- ),男,湖南宁乡人,高级工程师,1991年毕业于大庆石油学院石油加工专业,现主要从事国际石油工程建设的管理工作.
