- 50 t/h注汽锅炉是我国首次设计使用的高温高压蒸汽注汽锅炉,锅炉主要由辐射段、过渡段、对流段、汽水分离器4部分组成,辐射段吊装是设备吊装施工的重点和难点。文章结合现场情况,介绍了辐射段吊装的总体方案和具体方法,通过合理选用吊装设备和辅助设施,有效地解决了大型锅炉主体吊装的难题,保证了设备的安装质量和施工安全。
The 50 t/h steam injection boiler is the high temperature and high pressure steam injection boiler designed and applied in China for the first time.The boiler is mainly composed of four parts: a radiation section, a transition section, a convection section and a steam/water separator.Hoisting the radiation section is a key and difficult point in equipment hoisting construction.Based on the field situation, this paper introduces the overall scheme and specific methods of hoisting the radiation section.By means of rational selection of hoisting equipment and auxiliary facilities, the difficult problem of hoisting the main body of the large scale boiler is solved and the installation quality and construction safety of the equipment is effectively guaranteed.2012,2(2): 58-59 收稿日期:2011-3-6DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.02.017作者简介:于洪山(1969- ),男,辽宁彰武人,工程师,毕业于石油大学,从事油田地面建设及管道工程项目管理工作.
