- 依据BS 7448-1997断裂韧度试验标准,对板厚为80 mm的大厚度船用钢板(ABS AB/EH36N)对接接头试样进行了-10℃下裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验,介绍了试件的制备、试验装置及试验步骤,对试验结果进行了分析。经测试,绝大部分试样的断裂韧性值是有效合格的,其CTOD值大于0.15 mm,符合DNV验收标准。由此判定,在给定的焊接工艺下,该钢种焊缝低温韧性好,可以在不进行焊后热处理的情况下使用,为指导海洋平台的施工建造提供了科学依据。
According to BS 7448 fracture toughness test standard, the crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) tests for marine steel plates (ABS AB/EH36N) with thickness of 80 mm were studied experimentally under the temperature of-10℃.And the results indicated that the CTOD values, most of which were greater than 0.15 mm, were valid and qualified to meet the requirements of DNV acceptance standard.Because the welded joints of marine steel plates show good low temperature toughness, the selected welding procedure can be applied in the construction and no post heat treatment is needed.Also, this judgment can provide a scientific basis for the offshore platform construction.2012,2(2): 51-54 收稿日期:2011-11-7DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.02.015作者简介:胡艳华(1981- ),女,湖北荆州人,博士,2009年毕业于中国石油大学(北京)过程装备与控制专业,主要从事焊接结构的疲劳断裂、数值模拟等方面的研究工作.参考文献:
