- 针对井口天然气氯离子含量高对输送管道腐蚀较严重的情况,为保证管道在安全运行的前提下节约成本,设计采用了L245/316L双金属复合管道。介绍了L245/316L双金属复合管的特点、焊接坡口型式、坡口加工和组对方法,对焊接工艺方法、焊接材料的选用、焊接顺序和焊接中的注意事项进行了阐述,并给出了焊接工艺参数,详细归纳了封焊、根焊和过渡层焊接的方法及缺陷处理措施。按照该方法施焊后,焊接合格率达到95%。
Natural gas from some wellheads contains high content of chlorine ion and causes severe pipeline corrosion.To ensure safe pipeline operation and save cost, the L245/316L clad pipes are used in the design.Functional feature of the clad pipe, pipe bevel form, pipe beveling and fit-up methods are introduced.The welding process and parameters, selection of welding materials, welding sequence and related precautions are described.The methods of seal welding, root welding and transition layer welding as well as the measures of defect treatment are summarized in detail.The welding qualified rate of the clad pipes reaches 95% in the light of these welding methods.2012,2(2): 48-50 收稿日期:2011-6-28DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.02.014作者简介:田彩刚(1982- ),男,河北石家庄人,助理工程师,2007年毕业于辽宁石油化工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业,现从事油气田地面建设施工管理工作.参考文献:
