- 石油化工热电厂燃煤锅炉结构复杂,焊接质量要求高,高空作业多,安装难度大。文章以中石化安庆分公司新建的一台WGZ410/10.3-1型煤粉锅炉安装为例,介绍了锅炉及其他配套设施的安装顺序、锅炉的安装程序、锅炉各部件安装方法及允许偏差,阐述了锅炉各部件安装质量和受热面焊接质量的控制要点以及对焊缝进行无损检测应注意的问题。该工程在一年内实现了中交,焊接一次合格率为99.1%,受压元件水压试验一次成功。
Coal burning boilers used at thermoelectricity plants have the features of complex structure,high welding quality requirement, frequent aerial operations and difficult installation work.This paper takes a new WGZ410/10.3-1 type coal powder burning boiler at SINOPEC Anqing Company for example and introduces the installation sequence of the boiler and its matching devices, the installation procedures, methods and allowable deviations of the boiler and its parts, describes the quality control key points of parts installation and heating surface welding, as well as the matters for attention in weld non-destructive test.This project was completed and turned over within one year, its primary welding qualified rate was 99.1% and the hydraulic pressure test was successful in one time operation.2012,2(2): 34-39 收稿日期：2011-1-10DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.02.010作者简介：王球(1975- ),男,安徽安庆人,工程师,1998年毕业于天津大学化工机械与设备专业,现主要从事化工石油工程技术管理工作.参考文献：
