- LNG冷能空分装置低温工艺管道具有温度变化大、工艺复杂、安装标准高等特点,在施工过程中要严格遵循规范和技术要求。文章以国内第一个冷能空分项目即福建LNG冷能空分装置为例,详细介绍了LNG冷能空分低温工艺管道的施工技术,包括各种低温材料的使用条件,焊接工艺评定,焊接工艺参数的筛选,管道的清洗、焊接、试压、保冷等,按照该技术要求施工后,福建LNG冷能空分装置一次投产成功,其工作温度和压力均达到设计要求,且运行情况良好。
Because cryogenic process piping of LNG cold energy air separation unit has the features of big temperature change, complex process and high installation standard, the related standard and technical requirements must be followed strictly during construction.Taking the Fujian LNG cold energy air separation unit that is the first LNG cold energy air separation project in China as an example, the construction techniques are described in detail in this paper, which include controlling utilization conditions of kinds of low temperature materials, conducting process assessment, choosing welding technological parameters, pipe cleaning and welding, piping pressure testing and cold insulation.After the construction of the Fujian LNG cold energy air separation unit was completed to meet the strict construction requirements, the unit was successfully put into production.Its working temperature and pressure reached the design requirements and it has run very well.2012,2(2): 26-30 收稿日期:2011-1-4DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2012.02.008作者简介:章东云(1985- ),男,江西南昌人,助理工程师,2007年毕业于中国石油大学(北京),现从事石油工程建设技术管理工作.参考文献:
