- 目前施工项目安全评价的方法很多,但是多为定性分析,主观判断因素影响严重。文章以西气东输二线工程为例,阐述了危险指数法在管道施工中的应用,该方法将事故发生几率和事故严重度指标加以量化,提高了管道施工安全评判的准确性。具体内容包括建立分析模型、分析管道施工危险源、确定管道施工事故类型、计算管道施工危险指数以及危险源控制的措施。旨在对今后管道施工的安全评价和管理工作起到借鉴作用,以达到减少人员伤亡、财产损失和环境污染的目的。
Currently, most safety assessment methods of construction projects are qualitative and are severely affected by subjective judgements. In this paper, the application of risk index method that quantifies the accident probability and the accident severity index so as to increase the veracity of pipeline construction safety assessment is described with the example of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, which includes establishing analytical model, analyzing construction risk sources, determining accident types, calculating construction risk index and giving measures of controlling risk sources.
