- 文章基于Thomas L Saaty的层次分析法(AHP),将其应用到备品备件的分类中,树立备件缺货的安全风险、备件缺货对输量的影响、年度使用量、备件提前期和可替换性等五个关键准则,每一个关键准则又识别出四个选择,从而建立三级分类模型,将备件分为A(很重要)、B(重要)、C(较重要)三类。先比较每个准则的四个选择,再比较五个准则,得到的相对权重相乘作为复合权重。判断备件类别时只需要将相关的复合权重值相加,就可以根据预先定义好的分类标准给备件分类。应用时要注意结合已有经验来修正有关数据。
This paper presents a classification model for inventory management of spare parts based on Thomas L Saaty’s Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A three level hierarchy has been structured. Five key criteria, including safety hazard of shortage, transportation influence of shortage, annual usage rate, lead time and possibility of substitution, and four alternatives for each criterion have been identified to classify spare parts as A(very important), B(important) and C(weak important). Composite weights for each criterion-alternative combination can be calculated by multiplying each normalized principle eigenvector coming from alternative comparison by the relative weight of the specific criterion. An absolute measure of a spare part criticality can be calculated by adding separate composite weights for all its criterion-alternatives and classification classes can be established by the measure.
