海底管道AUT检测方法的改进

- 现有AUT检测方法不能准确检测出相同内径不同壁厚海底管道的焊缝质量。为此改进了焊缝坡口型式、确定了不同壁厚连接处的过渡比例、改造了探头支架、优选了调节块材料。通过试验与实际应用的结果对比,证明运用改进的AUT检测方法可实现检验精度高、运行稳定、安全可靠的目标。
Present AUT inspection method is imprecise to inspect weld seam quality of submarine pipeline with the same inner diameter but different wall thicknesses. Therefore, some improvements were done including bevel form, wall thickness transition ratio at the joint with different wall thicknesses, sensor bracket and regulation block material selection.
