- 西气东输二线工程陕西泾阳县泾河穿越是国内首条已完工管径最大的管道长距离定向钻对穿工程,穿越全长1 040 m,并行穿越D 1 219 mm×27.5 mm主管和D 114 mm×6.5 mm光缆套管两条管道,该工程地质复杂、施工难度大、风险高。穿越地层主要为卵石层、粉砂层和粉质黏土层,采用大开挖深基坑埋管+长距离夯套管+定向钻对穿的组合穿越施工方案,施工中进行了多种技术创新,为国内外类似管径定向钻穿越工程设计和施工提供了借鉴。
The Jing River crossing in Jingyang County as a bottleneck engineering of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project is the completed long-distance horizontal opposite-directional drilling crossing with the biggest pipeline diameter in China, which has the overall length of 1 040 m and two parallel crossing steel pipelines, namely a main D 1 219 mm × 27.5 mm gas pipeline and a D 114 mm × 6.5 mm optical fiber cable casing. The crossing engineering encountered the complex geological layers of pebble, sand and powdery clay.The combinatorial construction scheme, i.e. large excavation of deep foundation pit for burying pipeline + long-distance temping casing + horizontal opposite-directional drilling crossing, was adopted, and many technical innovations were made.
