- 多专业间设计内容碰撞是项目设计中难以避免的问题,有的碰撞问题较易解决,但有的碰撞问题解决起来会很困难,甚至需要更改设计方案,无论解决容易与否都会给现场施工造成很大困难,同时会增加不必要的工程投资。如何从根本上解决这个问题是项目管理中一直在探讨的课题之一。文章从项目管理的实际体会入手,针对大港凝结水项目中可能发生碰撞的设计内容进行了详细分析,提出了相应的解决方案及应对措施。
Design collisions between different majors are normal problems in every project. Some are so difficult to solve that the design proposals have to be changed, that makes much difficulty for constructions and more project investment. How to solve design collisions fundamentally is an issue which has been discussed in project management.
