生产储油平台储罐安全保护方案研究

- 海上生产储油平台(PSP)的储罐和生产系统相邻,无安全间距,所以储罐的安全保护极其重要,而目前国内外尚无成熟的可依据的安全保护规范。文章分析了中海油渤海PSP平台储罐的特点及风险,通过灵活运用国内外关于储罐安全的其他标准规范,确定了该平台储罐的主要安全保护措施,即罐内惰性气体保护、罐体A60防火结构、罐顶低倍数泡沫喷淋保护,该措施得到了中国船级社的认可。
The storage tank on an offshore production and storage platform (PSP) is adjacent to the production system of the platform and without sufficient safety space, therefore safety protection is essential to the storage tank. But there is no mature pursuant safety protection standard or code at home and abroad for such storage tanks. This paper analyzes the characteristics and hazard of the CNOOC PSP storage tank in Bohai Bay and determines the main safety protection measures of the PSP storage tank by sufficiently using international and domestic standards and codes.
