摘要:: 工程质量监察作为一种新的工程质量管理模式,是工程建设方的主要内部管理职能之一。文章探索了质量监察在工程建设项目质量管理体系中的定位、作用及其与工程监理、工程质量监督、施工方内部质量控制的差异,探索了工程质量监察五个方面的作用、八个方面的职能定位和机构设立的设想。
Engineering quality internal supervision as a new kind of engineering quality management mode is one of main internal management functions of construction partner.This paper probes into the orientation and function of engineering quality internal supervision in engineering construction project as well as its discrepancies with engineering supervision,engineering quality administrative supervision and internal quality control of construction partner,and discusses five aspects of functions and eight aspects of functional orientations of engineering quality internal supervision,as well as consideration of its organization establishment.
