- 针对国外压缩机进口到中国没有配备相应的吊装工具的状况,为了完成就位安装工作,从压缩机重心分配图和几何尺寸图、吊车选配、受力分析、材料选配、自制吊装机具的强度校核等入手,有针对性地进行吊装设计计算和吊装。实践表明,自制的平衡梁、吊装机具完全能够满足吊装要求,从而大大降低了施工成本。
An imported compressor did not equip matching hoisting tools.In order to implement the task of hoisting the compressor,the hoisting design and calculation were made in aspects of checking the draws of compressor barycenter distribution and geometric dimensions,choosing cranes,analyzing forces,selecting materials,self-made hoisting tools and their strength checking.The practice showed that the self-made balance beam and other hoisting tools were able to meet the hoisting requirements and greatly reduce the operation cost.2011,6(6): 61-63 收稿日期:2011-3-10分类号:TE974.1作者简介:马跃星(1979-),男,辽宁盘锦人,工程师,2003年毕业于辽宁石油化工大学,主要从事长输管道、站场工艺安装的技术质量管理工作.参考文献:
