- 哈萨克斯坦社会依托条件较差,无法完全依靠当地的社会资源完成压缩机吊装任务,采用中型的吊装设备联合作业可以实施大型设备的吊装。文章介绍了使用4台履带吊将压缩机放置于预先做好的轨道上,然后采用卷扬机将压缩机拖入位置,再用液压千斤顶顶起就位的方案。实践表明,该方案设计安全可靠,为中亚管道其余站场的压缩机吊装就位找到了一条切实可行的途径。
Hoisting a compressor at CS4 Station of China-Kazakstan Natural Gas Pipeline was difficult if relying on Kazakstan local condition because of lacking heavy crane.Therefore a combined hoisting plan using medium-sized equipment to carry out the task was made.The compressor was hoisted by four caterpillar cranes then placed onto the preset tracks,a windlass pulled it in place and hydraulic jacks lifted it in position.The fulfillment of the combined hoisting plan proved that method was safe and reliable and it would find a practical way for other compressor hoisting operations of China-Kazakstan Natural Gas Pipeline.2011,6(6): 58-60 收稿日期:2011-5-26分类号:TE974.1作者简介:杨继全(1964-),男,山东胶南人,高级工程师,1990年毕业于中国石油大学矿业机械专业,现从事石油工程建设管理工作.
