- 大型钢结构吊装以成框吊装最为经济、安全和有效,成框吊装极大地提高了地面的预制深度,减少了高空作业量。某公司承接了全国最大的45万t/a的线性低密度聚乙烯装置中脱气仓框架的吊装任务,文章论述了该工程项目的成框吊装特点、吊装工艺原理、工艺流程及操作要点、材料与设备、质量控制、安全措施、环保措施等。
Integral frame hoisting is the most economical,safe and effective method for hoisting large scale steel structures,which can greatly increase ground prefabrication rate and decrease aerial operation work.This paper introduces the task of hoisting the degassing bin frame of the maximum 45×104 t/a linear low density polyethylene unit in China,which was undertaken by a certain company,with respect to the integral hoisting features,principle,procedure,key operational matters,materials,equipment,quality control,security measures and environmental protective measures.2011,6(6): 53-57 收稿日期：2010-11-9分类号：TE966作者简介：任旭鹏(1986-),男,山东青岛人,工程师,2008年毕业于大庆石油学院过程装备与控制工程专业.现从事石油炼化、化工设备的吊装方案编制工作.参考文献：
