- 在西气东输二线管道工程安装中,根部缺陷占焊接缺陷总数的30%,而根部缺陷返修成功率不足70%,采取避免缺陷产生的全壁厚返修措施,可提高一次返修合格率。文章从根部缺陷产生的机理和影响因素,根部缺陷全壁厚焊接返修的特性和误区、返修措施、返修效果等方面对其进行了论述。
In the Second West to East Gas Pipeline construction,the root welding defects was 30% of the total welding defects and the primary success rate of root welding defect repairing was less than 70%.Full wall thickness repairing approach is able to increase the primary success rate.In this paper,the mechanism and influence factors of root welding defects,the functions and some misunderstandings of the full wall thickness repairing approach,the repairing measures and repairing effect are discussed.2011,6(6): 51-52 收稿日期:2011-1-11分类号:TE973.3作者简介:张新(1974-),男,山东嘉祥人,高级工程师,1997年毕业于中国石油大学(华东)焊接专业,主要从事油气长输管道施工项目管理工作.参考文献:
