- 中亚管道哈国段CS4压气站压缩机基础B25混凝土在冬季雨雪天气的不利条件下浇注,大体积混凝土释放的水化热会产生较大的混凝土内外温差,尤其在外界温度较低的情况下极易导致混凝土出现裂缝。文章从混凝土材料选择、配合比设计、施工工艺措施以及养护制度等方面论述了混凝土内外温差的控制,避免了裂缝的产生。
Hydration heat releasing from mass concrete can cause bigger temperature difference between inner and surface of the concrete,especially it is easy to form concrete cracks at lower temperature.B25 concrete used in CS4 compressor foundation of China-Kazakstan pipeline was cast in rainy and snowy weather in winter,the control measures of temperature difference between inner and outer of the concrete is discussed in aspects of concrete material selection,design of mixing proportion,construction process and concrete curing,which resolved the crack problem effectively.2011,6(6): 47-48 收稿日期:2011-7-7分类号:TE974作者简介:候可军(1970-),男,山东胶州人,工程师,2007年毕业于中国石油大学(华东),主要从事国际石油工程建设的勘察、设计与施工工作.
