- 文章介绍了一种环保型全自动管道喷砂除锈机的组成、工作原理及其应用效果。该设备由空气压缩机、喷砂机、行走机架和控制系统组成。采用双喷头形式,利用真空负压原理对钢砂及除锈粉尘进行回收,能够快速完成管道补口的喷砂除锈作业。应用表明,该设备性能可靠,操作简单,钢砂及粉尘回收率高,安全环保,除锈效果达到Sa2.5级以上。
An environmental friendly full-automatic machine for pipeline sandblast derusting is introduced in this paper in aspects of its structure,working principle and application effect.The machine consists of air compressor,sandblast,running frame and control system.It applies double nozzles and reclaims steel sand and dust on vacuum principle.It can rapidly fulfill sandblast derusting operation for pipeline joint with the advantages of reliable performance,easy operation,high reclaiming rate of steel sand and dust,safety and environmental protection.The derusting effectiveness exceeds Sa2.5 class.2011,6(6): 36-38 收稿日期：2011-6-13分类号：TE988作者简介：龙斌(1979-),男,湖北监利人,工程师,2000年毕业于北方工业大学机械电子工程专业,主要从事海洋工程装备及自动化方面研究应用工作.参考文献：
