密度计橇在延炼—西安成品油管道上的应用

- 对于黏度和密度不同的油品顺序输送,对油品界面进行检测的方法应用比较普遍的是密度法。文章介绍了密度计橇的结构及功能,论述了密度计橇在实际运行中的操作步骤、注意事项以及在延炼—西安成品油管道上的应用情况和效果。应用表明,密度计橇能非常准确地判定成品油管道输送油品中的柴油—汽油混油界面,并能按预先设定的操作程序实现纯油和混油的分离。
Comparatively common inspection method of oil products interface in batch transportation of products with different viscosities and densities is the density method.The structure,function and operation of the densimeter skid and relevant matters needing attention are introduced in this paper,its application and effect in Yanlian-Xi'an products pipeline are also described.It is shown that the densimeter skid can exactlydetermine the interface between diesel oil and gasoline in the products pipeline,and effectively realize the separation between pure oil and mixed oil according to the preset operation procedure.2011,6(6): 25-26 收稿日期：2011-1-11分类号：TE832.35作者简介：朱国承(1982-),男,安徽安庆人,工程师,2006年毕业于中国石油大学(华东)化学工程与工艺专业,现从事长输管道设计及油气集输方面的工作.参考文献：
