- 在稠油热采工程中,由于常规注汽锅炉产生的蒸汽干度低,注到井底的蒸汽干度通常不到50%,影响了开采效果,为此需要采用新的高干度过热注汽锅炉。文章结合新疆油田稠油热采注汽开发的基本情况,介绍了新研制的高干度过热注汽锅炉的工作原理、结构特点、现场运行情况及相关技术数据的测试情况等。
In heavy oil thermal recovery engineering,dryness fraction of steam produced by conventional steam injection boiler is low and usually it is less than 50% when the steam goes to well bottom,which leads to a lower recovery efficiency.A high dryness fraction superheated steam boiler is newly developed.Associated with the basic situation of heavy oil thermal recovery with steam injection in Xinjiang Oilfield,the working principle,structural features,field operation and relevant technical tests of the boiler are presented in this paper.2011,6(6): 23-24 收稿日期:2011-1-13分类号:TE934.4;TK22作者简介:孙国成(1962-),男,辽宁绥中人,高级工程师,1986年毕业于华中工学院,现从事热工、暖通设计工作.参考文献:
