干式维修箱在海底管道登陆段泄漏修复中的应用

摘要:: 海底管道登陆段泄漏点的维修,常规的方案是水面维修和围堰维修,但都存在投资大、费时费力的缺点。文章论述了对围堰维修技术进行改进,开发出一种干式箱的维修技术,可较好地克服这些缺点。文章从海底管道泄漏点修复方案的提出、干式维修箱设计要求、主要性能指标、修复的实施方法、干式箱维修技术在管道泄漏点修复中的应用等方面介绍了这一技术。
Traditional methods for repairing leakage points of landing section of offshore pipeline are water surface maintenance and cofferdam maintenance,which have disadvantages of high cost and arduous work.In order to overcome the disadvantages,a repair method with dry maintenance box is developed based on the innovation of cofferdam technique.In this paper,the new developed technique is introduced in aspects of repair scheme,dry maintenance box design,main performance indexes,repair implementation procedure and its application in offshore pipeline leakage
