- 建立了考虑管道内压、温度、管容、试压介质的特性以及管道弹性变形等因素对长输管道严密性试压稳压时间影响的数学模型。利用该模型对某管道进行计算,结果表明:相同压降时,管容越大所需稳压时间越长;同一管容,管道内压越高,所需稳压时间越长。基于本模型可为长输管道严密性试压确定合理稳压时间。
The mathematical model for determining the tightness test duration of long-distance pipeline is developed,which has considered the influence of following aspects: the pipeline pressure,the temperature,the pipeline volume,the characteristics of the test medium,the pipeline elastic deformation and other factors.According to the mathematical model,calculation for a pipeline is carried out.The results show that for the same pressure dropping,the larger the pipeline volume is,the longer the tightness test duration will need;for the same pipeline volume,the higher the pipeline pressure is,the longer the tightness test duration will need.For particular pipelines,the reasonable tightness test duration can be determined based on the mathematical model built in this paper,which can provide some references for engineering practice.2011,6(6): 1-6 收稿日期:2011-2-21分类号:TE973.6作者简介:闫锋(1976-),男,河北定州人,工程师,2009年毕业于中国石油大学(北京),博士研究生.从事油气储运系统的研究工作.参考文献:
