- 工程报验制度是工程质量管理的主要方面,反映了建设监理工作的程序化、制度化和书面化,因而是监理工作走向规范化、标准化的体现,是一种行之有效的质量控制手段。制订符合油田地面建设工程实际的报验点,可确保建设工程质量目标和工期目标的实现,使建设项目早投产、早受益。文章从施工组织设计报验,工程基准点、标高、测量放线报验,开工报验,施工过程报验,工程竣工报验几方面论述了报验工作的具体内容,并列举了油田地面建设工程施工阶段报验点的设置情况。
The system of application for engineering inspection is the main aspect of engineering quality management, which embodies routinization and standardization of construction supervision work and is an effective means of quality control. The establishment of practical points of application for oilfield surface engineering inspection is helpful for realizing aims of construction quality and period to put project into earlier production and get earlier benefits. In this paper, the concrete work contents of application for inspection is illustrated including the phase of construction organization design, the phase of engineering datum mark, elevation and surveying setting-out, the phase of starting work, the phase of construction and the phase of engineering completion; and setup of points of application for inspection of oilfield surface construction is enumerated.2011,5(5): 68-71 收稿日期:2010-9-6分类号:F406.3作者简介:赵改清(1965-),女,河南济源人,工程师,1989年毕业于西南石油学院石油储运专业,现从事油田地面工程建设项目管理工作.
