- 项目采购是石油工程总承包项目的一个重要环节,它对于项目工期和成本的控制有着至关重要的作用和影响。文章分析了传统的多层次分散采购管理模式的弊端,论述了集约化采购的优势,提出了集约化采购运作时应注意的问题。
Project procurement is an important link of petroleum engineering general contract projects which has a significant action and influence on the controls of project construction period and cost.
