不平衡报价法在国际工程商务报价中的研究与应用

摘要:: 从承包商的角度出发探讨了不平衡报价的原理,提出了不平衡报价的计算模型,对不平衡报价的风险进行了分析讨论。通过某国油田地面建设项目实践案例,阐述了不平衡报价模型对提高项目经济效益的现实意义。
The Paper, from the perspective of an EPC contractor, studies unbalanced pricing method, puts forward the calculation model of unbalanced pricing method and discusses risk management for the method. On the basis of a case study for an international oilfield surface facilities project, the author expounds that application of unbalanced pricing model in bidding stage shows an important significance of improving economic benefits in project settlement
