- 大口径管道玻璃纤维增强塑料(玻璃钢)外护层泡沫保温技术,因其保温效果好、抗压强度高、抗腐蚀能力强等优点,近几年在胜利油田热电联供工程中得到了较好的应用,其现场补口技术一直是影响工程质量的关键环节之一,影响着管道的安全运行。在分析胜利油田热电联供集中供热二期工程玻璃钢补口技术的基础上,结合胜利油田热电联供集中供热三期工程,总结出一套新的玻璃钢补口技术。文章详细介绍了新的玻璃钢外护管补口结构、工艺流程、操作步骤和要点,该方法有效地提高了大口径玻璃钢外护直埋保温管的补口质量。
Using external fiber reinforced plastics(FRP) layer to protect thermal insulation foam for large diameter steel pipeline has been effectively applied in thermoelectric cogeneration projects in Shengli Oilfield in recent years because of its advantages in thermal insulation effect, compressive strength and corrosion resistance. However, the technique of field joint coating is one of the key links, which affects engineering quality and pipeline operational safety. Based on the analysis on the FRP joint coating technique used in the phase II of centralized heating supply of Shengli Oilfield thermoelectric cogeneration project, a new FRP joint coating technique, which can effectively raise the joint coating quality of buried large diameter steel pipeline, is developed for the phase III project.
