- 为了保证输油气管道的安全可靠运行,必须对埋地管道的腐蚀状况进行评价。文章以模糊数学理论为基础,结合管道的实际运营参数,建立模糊综合评价模型,以评价向量的形式表示出评价结果,减少了仅凭主观打分造成的误差,使评价结果与实际情况更接近。阐述了模型运用的详细步骤,得出了埋地管道腐蚀状况评价的因素集和评语集,利用和积化法确定出各评价因素的权重大小,用隶属函数法得出单因素评价矩阵,用最大隶属度原则进行综合评价,得出了评价等级。
It is necessary to evaluate corrosion state of a buried pipeline to ensure its safe and reliable operation. In this paper, a fuzzy integrated evaluation model is established based on the fussy mathematics theory and the practical pipeline operation parameters. The result is represented in evaluation vector that decreases the errors induced by subjective marking only and enables the evaluation to be closer to actual situation. The detailed application procedure is described, which includes deducing element set and remark set for evaluating corrosion state of buried pipeline, determining element weight by asymptotic normalization coefficient(ANC) method, deducing single element evaluation matrix by subordination function method and performing integrated evaluation by maximum membership principle and obtaining evaluation grade.2011,5(5): 43-45 收稿日期:2010-10-8分类号:TE988.2;O159作者简介:柳华伟(1971-),男,江苏常州人,工程师,1995年毕业于哈尔滨建筑大学,现从事城市燃气管网的规划与设计工作.参考文献:
