摘要:: 文章介绍了广西石化1000万t/a炼油项目350万t/a重油催化裂化装置的核心设备——再生器、沉降器及分馏塔裙座的整体热处理工艺,包括热处理炉的搭建、热处理工艺参数曲线和工艺系统,以及相关的质量保证措施,取得了良好的效果,为大型压力容器整体热处理积累了经验。
Integral treatment process for the skirt bases of regenerator, sedimentation device and fractioning tower, which are the core facilities of 350×104 t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking equipment of 1000×104 t/a Oil Refining Project in Guangxi Petrochemical Company, is described including the construction of heat treatment furnace, process parameter curves, process system and relevant quality guarantee measures. The results are perfect and the experience is useful for the integral heat treatment of other large scale pressure vessels
