- 文章介绍了广西石化1000万t/a炼油项目350万t/a重油催化裂化装置的核心设备——再生器、沉降器及分馏塔裙座的整体热处理工艺,包括热处理炉的搭建、热处理工艺参数曲线和工艺系统,以及相关的质量保证措施,取得了良好的效果,为大型压力容器整体热处理积累了经验。
Integral treatment process for the skirt bases of regenerator, sedimentation device and fractioning tower, which are the core facilities of 350×104 t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking equipment of 1000×104 t/a Oil Refining Project in Guangxi Petrochemical Company, is described including the construction of heat treatment furnace, process parameter curves, process system and relevant quality guarantee measures.
