- 烷基铝的特殊属性使得其灭火剂的选择十分有限,传统方法只能用干沙或蛭石粉等不燃材料进行覆盖或吸收,随着消防技术的发展,超细干粉对于烷基铝的灭火效果非常好。文章结合工程设计实践,介绍了超细干粉灭火系统的组成及工作原理,本次设计还对烷基铝消防系统进行了优化和完善,主要体现在三个方面:双充气稳压结构;设有自动、手动、机械三种启动方式;组合分配式干粉系统保护。
Selecting extinguishing agents for alkyl aluminum is limited because of its special property. Traditionally, noncombustible materials such as dry sand and vermiculite powder are used to cover fire. With the development of fire extinguishing technology, superfine dry powder is found to be a very effective extinguishing agent for alkyl aluminum. Combined with engineering design practice, this paper introduces the composition and working principle of the superfine dry powder extinguishing system and its optimization in three aspects, i.e. dual gas-filling pressure stabilized structure, three start-up modes (automatic, manual and mechanical) and combined distribution-type dry powder system protection.2011,5(5): 19-21 收稿日期:2011-7-20分类号:X928.7作者简介:卞广山(1981-),男,山东临沂人,助理工程师,2005年毕业于莱阳农学院建筑环境与设备工程专业,现主要从事石油化工设备、装置的设计、安装工作.参考文献:
