- 油气管道进出站场段是管道受力和变形较大的区段,随着管道直径的增大,所需锚固墩承受的推力增大,锚固墩的体积也需随之增大,管道承受的应力很大。为避免长距离埋地管道的轴向位移传递到站内,并避免设置进出站锚固墩带来的不利因素,提出了Z字型进出站场段的管道敷设方式。文章结合管道线路和输送工艺参数进行计算与分析,指出必要时调整进出站段局部管道的线路走向,可减小进站处地面设备和管道的应力及位移。
The oil and gas pipeline sections entering into and existing from a station has bigger forces and deformations where anchor blocks for the pipeline sections are bigger, and the bulk required also increases with the increment of pipeline diameter. To avoid axial displacement of long buried pipeline being transferred into the station and to avoid disadvantages from setting anchor blocks, the laying way with Z shaped pipeline section entering into or existing from the station is brought forward. Relevant calculation and analysis are conducted according to the pipeline route and transportation process parameters.
