The time period for final acceptance of subsea pipeline system influences directly the involved construction resources and the pipeline official operation time, so completing the pipeline acceptance work in a shorter time is a common aim for client and contractor under the precondition of ensuring pipeline construction quality. As the development of subsea pipeline projects tends to deep water, the pipeline pressure test time in final acceptance work becomes longer, especially for pipe-in-pipe(PIP) system. However the practice proves that PIP system which has the normal pressure drop graph doesn't leak. To shorten the pipeline pressure testing time, this paper, based on the relationship between temperature and pressure of the medium in PIP system and combined with the pressure test cases of some projects in South China Sea, discusses the present "Final Pressure Testing Acceptance Standard" through analysis and comparison of the temperature drop and pressure drop, and suggests a new criterion.2011,5(5): 10-13 收稿日期:2010-10-29分类号:TE973.6作者简介:康一龙(1979-),男,湖北人,工程师,2002年毕业于武汉理工大学船舶与海洋工程专业,现主要从事海底管道工程的安装设计及项目管理工作.
