- 通过对仪—长输油处主输油泵进口机械密封损坏和失效的原因分析,并参考国外机械密封在设计上的成功之处,对机械密封进行了匹配性研究和改造,在不改变原有密封载荷系数的情况下,采取措施改变密封端面的摩擦状态,变气液相为全液相,从而彻底消除了主输泵密封装置的泄漏隐患,取得了很大的经济效益。
Based on the reason analysis of mechanical seal damage and failure in the imported main crude oil pump and the study of foreign successful mechanical seal design,the matching research and reformation of the mechanical seals were carried out.In the condition of keeping original seal load coefficient,the measures were taken to alter seal face friction state and change gas-liquid phase into all liquid phase.Consequently,potential leakage trouble in the main crude oil pump was eliminated thoroughly and significant economic benefit was gained.2011,4(4): 98-100 收稿日期:2011-8-11分类号:TE974.1作者简介:邢世平(1971-),男,河北邢台人,工程师,1992年毕业于承德石油高等技术专科学校自动化专业,主要从事输油设备运行、维护等工作.参考文献:
