- 随着海外管道工程项目的不断拓展,设备管理在工程项目中的重要性更加突出。笔者根据从事海外管道工程施工的经验,总结了设备管理前期准备、施工阶段和项目后期管理这三个阶段中的管理内容、特点和应当注意的事项,为同行提供参考。
