- 项目管理体系量化评价在国内还是较为少见的课题,其难点是如何确定量化评价的模型。文章结合国外目前三种典型的项目管理成熟度模型,对比分析模型之间的差异和局限性,并结合我国管道工程的现状及相关研究成果,提出了构建基于OPM3模型的长输管道工程项目管理体系量化评价模型的设想。
Project management system quantitative evaluation is seldom discussed in China,and the difficulty is how to confirm the model of quantitative evaluation.With reference of four international typical project management maturity models,the thesis contrasts and analyzes the differences and limitations among the models.According to the current status of pipeline engineering and relevant research results in China,it puts forward the considerations about constructing project management system quantitative evaluation(based on OPM3 model) for long-distance pipeline.2011,4(4): 81-84 收稿日期：2011-3-23分类号：TE973,F282作者简介：叶可仲(1976-),男,浙江杭州人,工程师,1998年毕业于西南大学化学化工学院,2011年获北京交通大学项目管理工程硕士学位,主要从事长输管道工程建设项目过程管理工作.参考文献：
