- 文章从分析国家相关政策和设计单位自身优势入手,说明了设计单位向总承包工程公司转型的可操作性,剖析了我国工程相关企业在总承包方面存在的不足,从市场驱动和企业发展的角度指出了在工程总承包中进行合作的必要性。分别从项目、工程公司和集团公司层面上,有针对性地提出并结合实践全面解析了设计主导中的交叉合作、建立体系时的借鉴合作、项目运行中的联盟合作、投资带动的集团合作等综合的合作模式,对于进行工程公司改造的企业具有一定的参考价值。
By analyzing relevant national policy and self predominance of designing institutes,this paper explains the operability of transformation from designing institutes to general engineering contract companies;By summarizing disadvantages of engineering related enterprises in China,it points out the necessity of cooperation in general engineering contracts in the viewpoints of market drive and enterprise development.The comprehensive cooperation modes,which consist of design oriented cross-cooperation,reference-cooperation during developing systems,partner-cooperation when implementing projects and group-cooperation driven by investments,are put forward and elaborated based on practices at the levels of projects,engineering companies and group corporations.2011,4(4): 77-80 收稿日期：2010-8-19分类号：F284作者简介：程君(1973-),男,湖北仙桃人,高级工程师.1995年毕业于大庆石油学院化工机械与设备专业,2004年毕业于石油大学(北京)石油与天然气工程专业,硕士,主要从事石油工程建设项目管理工作.参考文献：
