- 根据高压干法水下焊接特殊的环境要求,组建了一套熔滴过渡高速摄像系统。该系统采用激光背景光源,利用准直扩束光学系统对激光进行准直扩束,选用FASTCAM 1024 PCI高速摄像机,并设计了可实现X轴和Z轴二维精确调整的高速摄像技术工作台。用该系统在高压干法水下焊接工作舱内进行拍摄,获得了清晰的水下高压舱内焊接电弧形貌及熔滴过渡图像。
A high-speed camera system is established based on the special requirements of hyperbaric dry underwater welding.This system uses laser as the background light,adopts collimated expanded beam optical system to observe parallel laser beam,uses FASTCAM 1024 PCI high-speed camera,and designs the operating floor that can be adjusted precisely in two-dimensions(X-axis and Z-axis).The system was used to take photos of the welding arc shape and melt transfer process in the hyperbaric chamber,and can get clear photos.2011,4(4): 53-55 收稿日期:2010-10-25分类号:TG456.5作者简介:孙勃(1983-),女,河北衡水人,28年毕业于天津大学,硕士,主要从事焊接工艺和设备的研究开发.参考文献:
