石油钢管N80退火热处理对耐腐蚀性能的影响

- 对采用不同退火热处理加工过的N80钢进行了电化学测试,并结合金相测试,分析了退火工艺对N80钢耐腐蚀性能的影响,发现退火后,其耐腐蚀性能呈稍增长的趋势,经过不同退火热处理后的N80钢在不同的腐蚀溶液下,其耐腐蚀性能随Cl-离子浓度的增加而逐渐减弱。
Electrochemistry tests of the N80 steel under different annealing treatment were performed.Combined with the observation of metallographic structure,the effects on the corrosion resistance of the N80 steel under different annealing treatments were well analyzed.It was found that the corrosion resistance capability after annealing increased slightly and decreased gradually with the increase of Cl-concentration while the N80 steel was immersed in different corrosion solutions.2011,4(4): 50-52 收稿日期:2011-4-20分类号:TE973,TG157作者简介:李泉(1987-),女,辽宁葫芦岛人,现为西北大学硕士研究生,从事石油管道用钢新材料开发和应用.参考文献:
