- 成品油管道设计与原油管道有很大的区别,主要体现在管道的顺序输送和批次、罐容的优化、混油的处理等方面,其关键是顺序输送批次和罐容的优化。在一条成品油顺序输送管道中,需要在管道的起、终点以及沿线的分油点和进油点建造较大容量的储罐区来平衡生产、消费和输送之间的不平衡,油罐区的建造和经营费用就要增加。采用一般方法计算为管道输送一个批次需要的罐容量,此罐容量往往非常巨大,为减少罐容的投资,提出在成品油管道设计中采用输差计算罐容的优化方法,并以抚顺—郑州成品油管道锦州站为例进行了具体介绍。
The design of products pipeline makes a great deal of difference from that of crude oil pipeline,which mainly embodies in batch transportation,batch,optimization of tank capacity and mixed oil treatment.The key points are batch transportation,batch and optimization of tank capacity.In a batch transportation pipeline,it is necessary to build depots with larger oil storage capacity at pipeline initial station and terminal as well as sub-oil points and oil inlet points along the pipeline in order to avoid the unbalance in production,consumption and transportation.Thus the expenditure of construction and operation for the depot will be increased.In order to reduce the investment,the method of tank capacity optimization in design of products pipeline is proposed.2011,4(4): 34-36 收稿日期:2010-12-2分类号:TE972作者简介:李金秋(1969-),女,河北廊坊人,讲师,1991年毕业于大连大学工学院热能工程专业,现从事油气储运教学与科研工作.参考文献:
