- 管壳式换热器是地下储气库正常运行的关键设备之一,分析管壳式换热器在不同采气输量情况下出现偏流、冻堵的原因并找出缓解措施,对确保储气库正常运行十分重要。文章结合工程实际,从管壳式换热器产生偏流冻堵的现象、管壳式换热器前管道积存水和液烃的原因、管壳式换热器偏流冻堵的解析、控制偏流及处理冻堵的方法等方面对其进行了论述。
The shell and tube heat exchanger is one of key equipment to ensure normal operation of underground gas reservoir.It is very important to analyze reasons of bias flow and frozen blockage in a shell and tube heat exchanger running in different gas outputs and find out mitigatory measures.This paper describes those phenomena,analyzes reasons of water and liquified hydrocarbon accumulation in the front tube of the heat exchanger,and discusses methods of controlling bias flow and frozen blockage.2011,4(4): 6-9 收稿日期:2010-7-30分类号:TE972.2作者简介:何鑫(1981-),男,辽宁铁岭人,2003年毕业于西安石油大学自动化专业,现主要从事油气储运方面的工作.参考文献:
