- 在钢制储罐拱顶的预制安装过程中,若按计划预制的拱顶瓜皮板块数进行组装,经常会出现组装结束后还剩下一个天窗或瓜皮板搭接过多的现象。这都是由于钢板下料计算不准确造成的。文章提出了一套采用等分瓜皮板弧长(或等分瓜皮板对应球心夹角)计算瓜皮板预制尺寸的方法,并把它编成计算机程序。该方法简单易行,下料计算较准确,有效地保证了拱顶储罐的施工进度和质量。
In prefabrication and installation of the dome roof of a steel storage tank,assembly of prefabricated melon skin shaped plates often results in a large window left or several plates overlapped as the assembly work finished.These problems are caused by inexact plate cutting calculation.In this paper,a set of methods for calculating prefabrication melon skin shaped plates by equally setting arc lengths of the plates or their included angles relating to the spherical center is brought forward and compiled to a computer program.These simple and easy methods are more exact for plate cutting calculation and ensure the construction progress and quality of the dome roof of the storage tank.2011,3(3): 78-80 收稿日期：2011-1-20分类号：TE972.5作者简介：陈桂英(1970-),女,广西桂林人,工程师,1995年毕业于西南石油学院石油天然气储运专业,主要从事石油化工工程施工技术管理工作.参考文献：
